Starting a Home Kitchen (MEHKO) in LA County -Hollywood BSC x LA Public Health

Starting November 1, 2024, residents of Los Angeles County will be able to obtain a permit to run one mini restaurant in their home.
This permit will be available to all county residents, except those in the cities of Pasadena, Long Beach, and Vernon, which have independent Environmental Health Divisions.
