What We Do
We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) community lender that promotes the growth and economic expansion of diverse Los Angeles communities through the infusion of capital and the provision of business consultation services and financial literacy training. We target low- and moderate- income residents, entrepreneurs and business owners in Los Angeles with diverse loan products as well as technical assistance focused on financial education and credit building.
Business Consulting & Technical Assistance
We provide aspiring and current small business owners free 1-on-1 business consulting. We also offer free to low-cost workshops and trainings including: business plan development, manufacturing assistance, financial packaging and lending assistance, exporting and importing support, disaster recovery assistance, procurement and contracting aid, market research help, 8(a) program support, and much more!
Lending & Access to Capital
Owning a small business can be an extremely gratifying experience, however the financial aspects of owning a small business can at times become extremely stressful. Many small businesses are lacking the capital needed to help their business grow. PACE is the community lender that can get your small business the capital needed to ease your financial stress and start growing your business.
Asset Building and Financial Literacy
PACE’s Financial Education & Asset Building program has helped thousands of individuals and families move toward greater self sufficiency by accumulating savings and purchasing long-term assets. Through programs such the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, low- and moderate- income households can have their income tax returns prepared free of charge. PACE also offers one-on-one counseling, first-time home-buyer training, credit building workshops, and classes that provide tools to achieve financial security.

Supported by the Small Business Administration’s Office of Women’s Business Ownership, PACE Women’s Business Center (WBC) provides in-depth, substantive, outcome-oriented business services to women (and men) entrepreneurs, both nascent and established business owners, a representative number of whom are socially and economically disadvantaged.
