Hello! Thank you for expressing interest in being an exhibitor at the 6th Annual Celebrating Women in Business Event.

WHO ATTENDS:

  • This event will be a mix of entrepreneurs, local policymakers, nonprofit and corporate supporters. We are anticipating over 200+ guests that have worked with PACE Women’s Business Center or are members of City Club Los Angeles.

COST:

  • $150 for half a 6ft table to display your products and services – one General admission fee ($45 value) is included with your table for yourself.
  • $300 for a full 6ft table to display your products and services – two General admission fee ($90 value) is included with your table for yourself and a guest.
  • Any additional staff or personnel attending must purchase a General Admission ticket
  • City Club Los Angeles Valet parking is available – $8

HOW TO RESERVE YOUR BOOTH:

IMPORTANT:

  • Exhibitor Load Time – starts 3:30pm
  • Tables are first come, first serve. Half tables will be noted.
  • Table cloths and chairs will be provided.
  • For food products, sample/taste size can be given. Unfortunately, you’re not able to sell food at the venue, but you can take purchase orders. There is no access to the City Club kitchen for prep.
  • Only pop up banners, retractable banner stands, or table throws allowed. No hanging banner due to venue restriction.
  • If you are bringing big items to the event, let the valet attendant know and they will direct you to the freight elevator.
