Prospective Mentors

If you are interested in becoming one of our volunteer business mentors, download and complete the application. Your application will be sent to the PACE Coordinator for review. The PACE Coordinator will contact you for an interview and if volunteering seems a good fit for you and PACE, you’ll be asked to complete our training and onboarding process. This process includes a 1-month probationary period where you’ll complete 2-3 online training modules, review and agree to our operating manual and code of ethics and participate in team mentoring.

Qualifications

The key qualification PACE mentors bring is real-world business experience. They are working and retired business owners, executives and managers who have been through the same challenges and decisions that many entrepreneurs are facing today.

PACE Mentor Certification

Being a PACE Mentor means you have tapped into best practices based on feedback from other PACE mentors and clients. In the future we will offer a certification program to enhance the mentor’s stature.

Proposed Client Contact

Set up a customer contact plan and use it to contact your clients at least six times during the year with a relevant message A client contact plan is a proactive 6-month plan to ensure your clients and prospects.
