The workshop will begin with a brief overview of SBA Programs and Services. These are Counseling, Access to Capital, Contracting and Disaster Assistance. Our special guest speaker, Phuong (Bruce) Le, will discuss the basics of loan programs offered through PACE Finance Corporation.
PACE Finance Corporation also partners with different financial institutions to provide loan products for those who may not qualify for a traditional loan. Whether you are just starting up, or have been in business for many years and want to expand, have issues with your credit, or were rejected by other lenders, this workshop may be right for you.

- What is a loan Shark?
- Who are the targets of loan shark and scams?
- How do you avoid the loan shark and prevent scams?
- How do you make your loan application stand out to be qualified for a term loan?
- Overview of the loan process, how long does the application process take?

Phuong ( Bruce ) has worked as a Loan Counselor with PACE since 2013. He enjoys bringing his wide range of business experience to the Small Business Community. Phuong has over 15 years of experience in corporate roles in the South East Asia Region before he moved to the US in 2011. He holds a BA in Business Administration from Vietnam and is currently perusing and MBA degree here in the United States.
