Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you validate for parking?
    • Unfortunately, we do not offer validation for parking. There is metered street parking and paid parking available around the area.
  • What do you need to bring?
    •  Current Government Issued Identification, one of the following:
      • CA Driver License
      • CA State Identification Card
      • U.S. Passport
    • If you are currently in BUSINESS, please bring the following:
      • Business License
      • DBA
      • Articles of Incorporation
      • Seller’s Permit
      • Fictitious Name Statement
      • EIN (Employer Identification Number)
  • What time should I get there?
    • Arrive at least 15-20 minutes early to fill out the necessary paperwork. Since we are partially funded by the City of Los Angeles and the SBA, we do require that an application be filled out.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds once a class, workshop, or program starts. You are welcome to take the same class or workshop at a later date.
  • What languages do we speak?
    • Spanish, Chinese, French, Cambodian, Vietnamese, Korean, and many more.
  • What are your office hours?
    • We are open Monday through Friday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Closed major holidays, please contact the office at 213-353-9400 for additional information.
  • Do you take walk-ins?
    • We do take walk-ins, however we highly recommend you schedule an appointment. For walk-ins, there may be a wait depending on the volume of clients we are servicing that day.
