Business Start-Up Course
If you are a new entrepreneur and want to learn the most important aspects of launching your business enterprise, enroll in our Business Start-up course! This course is an indispensable part of any entrepreneurial endeavor, as it allows one to “make mistakes on paper” rather than in the real world. This six-week, 30-hour course will provide the basics of entrepreneurship, including:
- Pricing
- Sales & Marketing
- Business Plans
- Legal Aspects
- Licensing & Permits
- Access to Capital
- Small Business Taxes
- Accounting / Record-keeping
Graduates who launch a business will receive further free consultation from our bi-lingual business consultants.
Courses are alternately offered as morning (8-10:30 am) or evening (6-8:30 pm) sessions and are generally held on Tuesdays and Thursdays for six (6) weeks. This course is taught once per quarter in English, Spanish and Korean.
